One of the most popular ways for Fans to show support for a Creator’s channel is through Subscription. Subscription packages are the door for the Fan community to enjoy the privileges of following their favorite Creators, through which Fans can directly and stably support you financially (subscription fees can be charged). on a recurring or one-time basis).

How to create a subscription?
Step 1: Open the Subscriptions page. Instructions to open the registration package page at <insert link>
Step 2: At the Subscription page, click the Create new button to start creating a subscription. Yam will display the new subscription creation screen as shown below.
Step 3: You enter the information to create a new subscription package including:
- Subscription package name
- Rates for each period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months
- “Thank you” message
- Create benefits for each subscription package including:
- Benefit name
- Description of benefits
- Illustrating images
After you complete the information, your subscription will be displayed as the screen below.
Step 4: Click the “Save” button to complete creating a new subscription.
How to edit the created subscription?
Step 1: You open the Subscriptions page. Instructions to open the registration package page at <insert link>
Step 2: At the Subscription page, click the “Edit” button under the name of the subscription you want to edit. Yam will display all the current subscription information as shown below:
Step 3: Enter the information to edit. Next, click the “Save” button to update all the information of the subscription package.
How to delete the created subscription?
Step 1: Open the Subscriptions page. Instructions to open the registration package page at <insert link>
Step 2: At the Subscription page, click the “Edit” button under the name of the subscription you want to edit. Yam will display all the current subscription information as shown below:
Step 3: Click the “Delete” button to delete the subscription. Yam will display a confirmation screen as shown below:
Step 4: Select “Agree to delete” to confirm the deletion of the subscription.
How do I create a subscription?
Step 1: Click on Subscriptions on the left menu, Yam will display all the subscriptions you have created as the screen below.
Step 2: From the list of subscription packages, click the “Create subscription” button. Yam will display a screen for you to enter new subscription information as shown below.
At this screen, you will enter your subscription name, welcome message.
Step 3: Click the “Continue” button to move to the next step.
At this step, you will enter the price for the subscription package in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months as shown below.
Step 4: Click the “Continue” button to continue to the screen to create benefits for the subscription package.
The list of created benefits will display as shown below:
Step 5: Finally, click the “Create subscription” button to complete. You’ll see the new subscription on the list once it’s successfully created.

How to edit the created subscription?
Step 1: Click on the “Subscription” on the left menu, Yam will display all the subscriptions you have created as the screen below.
Step 2: From the list of subscription packages, click the edit button below the subscription package.
Step 3: Perform the same editing operations as when creating a new subscription.
First, you will see the subscription name screen. You enter the name and welcome message you want to edit (if necessary) and then press the “Continue” button.
Step 4: Next, you will see the subscription group current price screen. You edit the price for the subscription (if necessary), and then press the “Continue” button again.
Step 5: Next, you will see a list of previously created benefits.
You can create new benefits, or edit the created benefits as shown below:
Step 6: Finally, you set the status of the subscription and click the “Edit subscription” button to save the edited information.
How to delete the created subscription?
To delete a subscription, you will perform the same steps from step 1 to step 5 as when editing a subscription in the section. At the last step when editing the subscription, select “Delete”. Yam will display the confirmation screen as shown below. Click the “Delete” button to confirm the deletion of the subscription.
