How to check your balance via Yam App
Step 1: From the homepage, click on the “Wallet” icon
Step 2: The wallet information including:
- Current balance
- Total income of each content
- Analysis of your income
- Withdraw money
So, how to see the earnings details for each content?
Step 1: In your wallet, you can tap each tab in the earnings section to see the total earnings for each of your assets.
- All: You can see the earnings of all content
- Content: You can see the earnings of posted VODs
- Livestream: You can see the earnings of posted livestreams
- Events: You can see the earnings of posted events
Step 2: You can click on each tab to see detailed activities including:
- All: Yam aggregates your activities including: item purchases, Creator subscriptions, Tip/donate, content purchases and refund history.
- Sub tab: Yam will show activities when you register as a Creator.
- Tip tab: Yam will show activities when you support a Creator.
- Buying tap: Yam will show activities when you buy content, buy tickets to watch livestreams or events.
From now, you can easily see the current balance in your wallet, or review the analysis of recent earnings.
How to check account balance via Website
Click “My Wallet” on the menu, Yam will display your wallet information as below. Your wallet will include:
- Current balance
- Your Content Earning List
- Analysis of your income
- Bank information and withdrawal request

Step 1: In your wallet, you can tap each tab in the earnings section to see the total earnings for each of your assets.
- All: You can see the earnings of all content
- Content: You can see the earnings of posted VODs

Step 2: You can click on each content to open the income details of that content. When you click on a content, you will see the following information:
- All: Yam will show all earnings for the selected asset
- Sub: Yam will show income from users subscribing to your channel while watching content
- Tip: Yam will show you the income from the User tip while viewing the content
- Buying: Yam will show income from users buying tickets to view your content.
